International Orders 

For orders using a non-U.S. credit card we will ask your permission to charge a small amount (less than $1) to your account. We do this to verify that you are the card’s owner.

After we have made the charge you will need contact your card company and email (info@roguewavemarine.com) us telling us the amount of that charge. Charges may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account.

You can also pay using a bank wire transfer (see below for details).
Customs Issues

We do not pay any customs or duty taxes for products we ship outside of the United States. The shipper will collect this from you at the time of delivery. It is also your responsibility to ensure that the ordered products are legal for import into your country. If the product is returned, all shipping and customs fees will be charged back to you.

We declare the selling price as the value of all items shipped. Package contents are declared as “Electronics Equipment”.

Domestic Shipping

For a typical order shipped to an address in the continental United States you should expect to pay around $9 for Priority Mail or UPS Ground, around $15 for 2nd Day Air and around $25 for Next Day Air. Expect to pay more for Hawaii and Alaska. This includes insurance.

These prices can vary by several dollars depending on weight and value of your order and the destination.

Shipping is calculated and shown to you during the order process.

Orders are shipped from one of our warehouses in New Jersey, California or New York based on current stock.

Our Return Policy 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your product within 30 days in its original packaging. Please take all precautions to keep the product, warranty information, instruction books and the packaging material in as new a condition as possible, as all of these items will be required for a quick and proper refund. Products or packaging that are damaged or have missing parts are not returnable, so don’t even ask.

CDROM, software, videos and electronic charts are not returnable unless unopened or defective. Defective items will be replaced.

Return shipping cost must be paid by the customer and are not reimbursed.
